I got this plant at a plant exchange without a name and it took me a lot of googling to identify it, but I think I managed to find the correct name. It is a tall perennial that requires ample space and staking so the flower stalks don't flop over. It flowers bright yellow flowers in July and August and is very popular with the bees. A very showy plant while in bloom.
