This species doesn't have spotted foliage like many lungworts, but the flowers make up for it in size and number. It is very showy while in flower. The flowers change colour as they age, from rose pink to blue. Hardy and easy to grow. In it's native habitat it often grows in lime rich soil, but it grows well in my garden without supplemental lime.
