Villous cinquefoil is a low growing rock garden plant that flowers from late June into July. It's native to screes and crevices of mountains in NW-America. It is hardy, but not too keen on flowering in my garden where it is neither growing in a scree nor a crevice. Needs sun and gritty soil.
