'Rubra Plena' is an old variety of common peony with reddish pink flowers, that has been in cultivation for decades. It is fairly hardy, given the right conditions, which are fertile, well drained soil and plenty of sun if they are to flower well. They dislike being uprooted, so it's best to choose their location carefully. It can take them a few years to flower again after being moved.
