Ox-eye daisy isn't very well suited to the perennial border, but it can be quite attractive in a flower meadow. It needs plenty of sun and poor soil to shine. It will become leggy and unattractive in rich soil and too much shade, as the photo shows. It is hardy and self-seeds moderately.
