'Blaulicht' is a variety of sheep's bit scabious with clusters of blue flowers. The flowers might be a clearer blue than on the species, but there isn't much visible difference between the two. I grew the species quite a few years ago. It didn't survive the first winter. The summer 2019 was the second summer this one's been growing in my garden and seems to be thriving. Time will tell how long it will live. It needs a sunny spot and well drained soil, preferably on the acidic side.
