Dwarf arctic iris is a very desirable variety of bristle-pointed iris. It is more compact than the species and very floriferous. The flowers are lavender with white and pale yellow markings. It is very hardy, as it's native to Siberia and Alaska. It grows best in full sun in slightly moist soil.
