Avens is a hardy and easy to grow perennial that grows best in a sunny location. I grew this plant from seed labeled 'Prince of Orange', but mine might be more yellow than the variety is supposed to be. There is very little information available on-line about this variety, but according to the website of the Botanical gardens in Akureyri, the flowers should be bright orange. It's a lovely plant in either case.
