I grew this beautiful Euphorbia from seed from Thompson & Morgan in 2015 and it flowered in 2017. It is very showy and does not need support. It needs plenty of sun and very well drained, humus-rich soil. It died the winter after flowering as the border it grew in was flooded with water repeatedly and that is something it can not tolerate.
