This pretty Edraianthus species grows in the mountains of Montenegro, as the specific epithet implies. It needs the same growing conditions as other alpines, full sun and sharp draining, gritty soil, preferably on a slope. It has grown well in a mixture of coarse sand and 20-30% soil. Unfortunately the flowers don't last very long, so the flowering period passes by quickly.
