'Primrose Carousel' is a variety of foxglove with primrose yellow flowers with burgundy spots. It's not just the colour that is unique, but also the fact that the flower spikes are not unilateral, but the flowers face in all directions, hence the carousel part of the cultivar name. It is not very tall so it shouldn't be planted too far in the back of a border. It didn't self seed.
