Pocketbook flower is a pretty garden plant with yellow, pouch shaped flowers. The foliage is in a basal rosette so care must be taken not to plant it where taller plants over grow it. The flower stalks can be quite tall, up to 80 cm, depending on how fertile the soil is. If the soil is fertile it could need support. It needs well drained soil, but doesn't tolerate drought.
