Lombardy garlic is a firm favorite of mine. It is a delicate, low growing ornamental onion with clusters of nodding, mauve-pink flowers. It was love at first sight and I decided this was a plant I absolutely HAD to have. It took a while though, because I couldn't find it anywhere for sale so I had to grow it from seed. It's not just a beauty, it's also hardy and easy to grow.
