A very pretty ornamental onion with clusters of hanging, magenta flowers. It grows best in sun or partial shade in well-drained soil. I bought this plant this summer (2019) so my experience growing it is not long. It is supposed to be hardy, so hopefully it will grow happily in my garden for many ears to come.
