I grew this plant from seed 2016, so I only have a few years experience from growing it. It is a very pretty groundcover with tiny, purple leaves that look like miniature rose leaves. Young leaves are green and turn purple as they age. The purple shade is stronger in sun. It has not flowered yet. It is borderline hardy and a bit late emerging in spring. It needs well drained, humus-rich soil. Well suited as a ground cover in rose borders.
